Our customer is employed and working in an internally recognised company within the UAE (United Arab Emirates). Currently earning £75,000 per annum looking to purchase Buy to Let in the UK.

What did the client want to do:

Buy UK property without an intentions of living in it, only for investment.
Property Value: £200,000
Customers deposit: £50,000 (25%)

What was achieved for the customer?

The client was offered a choice between a 4.99% 3 year fixed rate or 5.49% 5 year fixed rate over 25 years on an interest only basis for the 75% loan to value and with no lender arrangement fee.
